OUR CLASSES
*WOMEN ONLY
MUAY THAI FITNESS
Learn offensive and defensive movements, strikes, and combinations while fulfilling the fitness aspect of Muay Thai. While you do not focus on combat, you do focus on staying healthy and safe by learning new skills and going through cardio workouts
STRENGTH AND AGILITY
You’ll definitely feel the burn in this full body class. Work on power-building and multi-directional exercises to boost performance, improve balance, and build power. All skill levels are welcome as you work on ladder exercises, cone drills, and strength exercises like curls and squats.
STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Build your muscles with power and resistance training. Get a well rounded full body workout through weight training. You’ll improve your every day functions, increase muscle mass, fat loss, and more!
STRENGTH AND PILATES
This class is a combination of strength training with the flexibility improvement of Pilates. Use controlled movements to really engage all your muscles and improve your physical functions and awareness. Walk out feeling brand new!
KICKBOXING
A high energy, full-body, workout that combines martial arts moves (punches, kicks, elbows) with body weight exercises (push-ups, squats, etc). Suitable for all levels by working out at your own pace on heavy bags with supportive trainers. A focus on strength, cardio, and fat-burning fitness, not combat.
*PIYO
Come join this class for a low impact, high intensity workout that blends yoga and pilates. Work on your flexibility, strength, and muscle toning in this fast paced, all in one cardio burn class! Leave sweaty but feeling great!
*JUST DANCE
A class where you can feel the burn while dancing the day away. Have fun while working on your entire body with various exercises and dance moves. No matter your fitness level, you are welcome to join the fun.
*STEP AND TABATA
This class uses intervals of hip hop step songs with strength/weight focused tabata rounds. Have fun while getting your sweat on with great music and great people to accommodate. With fast rounds of cardio and weights, you’ll sure feel the burning groove at the end!
*MONDAY MIX UP
With this class, every Monday is something different! Whether we focus on strength with heavy weights or having a cardio based class, you can guarantee you’ll get a full body workout and feel the burn. Anyone can join the class no matter where you are on your fitness journey
*CHISEL
In this class, you will focus on muscle definition and strength with barbells, dumbbells and body weight. You will use compound movements and isometric (still) holds to elevate your heart rate. This class is great for fat burning and muscle leaning. All fitness levels are welcome!
*BAR TO BARRE
This class blends ballet, yoga, and pilates. We focus on small, isometric (still) movements with high reps at a ballet bar to build muscle strength. This class is a low impact, high intensity muscle fatigue and stretching. On the odd weeks it is barre (light weights, high rep, and isolations); on the even weeks its bar (Heavier weights, resistances, etc) in a circuit style!
